[iiqcheck-en, 02/28/2013] Like being in a large welcoming home. Our suite was spacious,quiet,comfortabl e and well furnished.Breakfast choices were varied every day and the staff were helpful and friendly.
[iiqcheck-en, 12/03/2012] We upgraded at the suggestion of the hotel to a bigger room but at a reasonable additional cost. The room we had provided plenty of space for both sleeping and relaxing after long walks around the City. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful with advice on which trains and buses we should use as well as responding to any requests for additional supplies to the room.
The breakfast provided a wide choice of well presented food. The availability of coffee at any time was also much appreciated.

[iiqcheck-en, 08/14/2012] We found the Hotel Hackescher Markt delightful and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin. The staff was very helpful, the room was quiet and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Also, the hotel is located in a very convenient spot for sightseeing.

the only thing about which i wonder is the lack of air conditioning or other refreshing device, the air was quite warm in those days!

The hotel just lacked a little in atmosphere, perhaps because it was so empty. The bar looked uninviting because it was always empty etc..

[iiqcheck-en, 01/10/2012] Absolutely lovely. I have stayed there twice now and have no reason to stay anywhere else. It is clean very smart looking interior, the rooms are perfect sized, and the staff are incredibly helpful and kind.

The room was quite small and noise from the elevator mechanism was intrusive.

Breakfast staff was prompt with a pot of coffee to start your day. Your little bar offers a lovely meeting place for a group such ss ours. Thank you

[iiqcheck-en, 11/11/2011] I like this hotel but next time will specify a room higher up, because the lower floors are noisy due to trams. It was not busy and it may be good policy for guests to be offerred or allocated higher floors
