lots of kite instructors and kite enthusiasts from around the world. learned more about kiting hanging out in the lobby (wifi zone) with everybody than i did at kiteschool. so if you're passionate about kiting, great place to stay. affordable, clean and a very friendly staff. hope to get back soon.

also recommend cabarete language institute for excellent spanish tutoring. right around the corner from r.d. wind doesn't start til one pm, so good way to spend your morning.
