The building was built in 1968 and renovated in 1997 and comprises a 7-storey building with a total of 207 rooms of which 20 are singles and 187 are doubles. The air-conditioned hotel has a 24-hour reception with a safe and 3 lifts. In addition, there is a bar, salons and an air-conditioned restaurant with non-smoking area. A conference room, a 400 m² garden and a furnished sun terrace round off the amenities on offer to hotel guest. Finally, there is a laundry service.
