[millasan, 10/12/2010] Half of my roots are from this mountain area in Bulgaria, Rhodopi mountain. The bridges of wonder are on your way from Plovdiv to ski resort Pamporovo. It's about 20 km from the main road. You can go there by your vehicle, on a walking tour - it depends on the situation.
The bridges are made of the power of the water river drops and it took ages so we can enjoy this unique nature creation. Any time I am sat under the biggest bridge I feel so tiny and small, like part of a universe and the feeling is incredible. It's not easy to describe it but it's one of my favorite place in Rhodopi mountain.
