A perfect hotel in a perfact place. As all sofitel hotels, everything was perfect and the personnel very helpful and almost all bilingual french and english. A wonderful place to be and spend som time to visit Chicago .

It is a modern well kept hotel. I loved the breakfast and the bar in the evening. A very cosy athmosphere. Front desk personnel was very helpful and kind.

Breakfast is excellent. But being in a nice town like Chicago we went out for lunch and dinner every day, so we have not eaten at the hotel.
