Cave Hill Country Park

Cave Hill Country Park

The park covers more than 750 acres of green hills and a forest. This nature spot provides breeding grounds for wildlife, both plants and animals. The look-out area, McArt's Fort offers panoramic views of Belfast Lough, Belfast port and nearby towns of Country Antrim. The locations of Belfast Castle and Belfast Zoo, including caves are part of the archaeological and historical grounds of Cave Hill Country Park. There are designated walk paths and trails/routes for better access to the look-out point and other scenic spots of the park. The Cave Hill Visitor Centre is housed at Belfast Castle for additional information about the park and other scenic attractions within the area. Admission and parking in the park are free everyday.
