LOCATED IN THE AREA OF PERNERA, PROTARAS Brand new, detached air conditioned family villa, which accommodates 4 people, with its own outdoor swimming pool, BBQ with space available for it and shaded parking.This lovely villa  is set in a lovely complex  which will give plenty of space for everyone to have a  great holiday.  Close to beautiful beaches and excellent water sports, within walking distance of the heart of Pernera and all amenities of the area. 2 Stories Villa Cleaning Service is not provided for less than 14 nights stay. For over 14 nights stay mid clean service will be provided Free of Charge including towel & linen change i.e. cleaning on the 8th -15th day. Bath Towels, Face Towels & Linen will be provided in double quantity per person sharing the villa. Pool Towels / Beach Towels will not be provided and it is forbidden to use the Bath towels which are provided at the pool/beach. Swimming pool maintenance throughout your stay (twice a week). A/C is included in the price.  However penalty charges will take place in case of abuse or misuse of the air conditioning system.  i.e. All doors & windows should be closed when the air condition is running even whilst sitting by the pool.  All Air Conditioning units should be switched off whilst away from the property.  Spot checks will be made to ensure that the above strict procedures are being followed. Self Catering Fully equipped kitchen: Fringe/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, water cooler, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan, all cooking utensils. Dining table and 6 chairs. Bedrooms: 2 (1 Double & 2 Single beds). All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. Bathrooms: 1 Family bathroom, 1 WC and shower (downstairs). Living room is cosey with Television, Satellite TV, DVD player. Sun beds & Umbrella at pool FREE of charge. Private pool (7m x 3m / skimmer). Private parking. Private garden. Garden furniture. Outdoor shower. Veranda and balcony. Built Barbeque. Fence surround property for privacy.
