Dvoreca is the name of the Palace, which is located near the town of Balchik. It is situated on the Black Sea coast, 40 km from Varna and 2km from Balchik. Dvoreca was built during the period when the southern part of the region of Dobrudja was Romanian territory, in the period 1920-1940.
