Have stayed twice for business conferences, Nov 2010 and several years ago. It has improved, It had to . First visit on arrival I fell from their unguarded driveway and suffered a minor fracture. After helping me from the ground the doorman enquired as to my condition and that was the only concern expressed by the hotel as I hobbeled around for the next few days. Would I stay there again - Not if I had the choice, particularly while the driveway remains unguarded .
