Aesthetically it looks great!! Nice design! The beds are quite small but the decors nice and the shower rooms are ok. In line with that of a holiday inn!

What really lets the hotel down is the organisation or lack of it!! On arrival the staff were pleasant. Disappointed with our room as it hadnt been cleaned and was a disabled room clearly put us in the wrong room! After 15 minutes got through to someone who offered us an upgrade by means of an apology! Very happy with that! Only we were transfered to exactly the same room but worse with the shower rail actually half fallen from the celing!! Me and my boyfriend actually laughed at the time at how ridiculous it was! Called up assuming of course they had the wrong room! Waited another 20 minutes to get through only to be told by the team leader that i'm lying, the room is an upgrade and that she would send some one up to fix the shower!! The maintance guy turned up with a screw driver and we we're laughing so much that he too laughed at how ludicrious the idea was!! As they was no way on earth he could fix it with a screw driver t had ripped half the celing out!! I then recieved a call to apologise she had in fact made a mistake and would transfer us again! Incidently we had a concert to go to and were rapidly running out of time with all this messing around!! We then ordered a taxi that they didnt call making us even later for the concert. Later we ordered room service which was awful!

On checking out of the hotel we left our luggage with them while we enjoyed our day! On return they put the luggage in the car for us and off we went! Wasnt until we got home 3hours away that we realised they hadnt put everything in the car!! So I was left without all my car key door key make up hair tongues bank cards!! Caused me no end of problems including a very important meeting that I had to attend that evening!!

Called wanting to make a complaint to the area manager expecting some kind of resolution! Tried on several occasions left several messages and here i am left with no reply!! To me that sums the hotel up!! Nice hotel no backbone to keep it together!!

Helpfull and friendly check in staff, ensuring all is well - as an issue around the booking.
Taxi booked for transport to the O2, which is ten minutes away.

Room, excellent, spacious, stylish - nice view of the O2.

The wet room, wow the shower!
