Arrived at 11Pm and this was not an issue! This is a big plus point for the hotel.
People at the checking desk are helpful, staff were always polite.

Good rooms, cleaned every night, towels changed etc. Shower was a bit old, but nothing shocking. Breakfast was quite nice, from 7h till 10 it seems. It seems that in some of the rooms you are allowed to smoke. There was an ash tray in ours, and a smell of tobacco was quite an unpleasant experience on the last day. However, wasnt too disturbed about it in the room.

Please note, the hotel is slightly out of town, but easy of access. Taxi from/to the train station is around a tenner. You can walk from the center to the hotel in 20 minutes. You'll probably see a few weirdos on the way, as its not a "chic" area, on the contrary, but nothing bad. Its 4 kilometeres away from the Airport, so easy in taxi, but there is an airport shuttle close to the hotel. Takes around 15 minutes to arrive.
