The hotel is included in the Small Luxury Hotels recommendation-Hungary's first and this is very well deserved.
the staff were extremely helpful, the whole hotel was spotlessly clean and there was a definite aura of a past time elegance.
It is a gem of a hotel. I have stayed in many hotels, some of which claim to be luxury hotels, but this really does deserve inclusion in the Small Luxury Hotels. It is small, and this is part of its charm. There are no queues to get into the lift, no queues for breakfast, just friendly staff who want to help.
Actually I think we may have been the only people there.
