The staff were amazing - they kept a discreet distance but any time you need anything, they are there and happy to help. My favourite thing of all was having breakfast on the roof terrace - looking out over the medina to the Atlas mountains. I could have stayed there all day. When you manage to tear yourself away, the management is really good at recommending things to do and places to go - we had a couple fantastic excursions while we were there. I also treated myself to a hamman massage (first time) and it was heaven.
There are so many things that I loved about my stay -too many to list to here. As people have previously commented i would recommend the pick up at the airport as it is very difficult to find your way to the Riad on your first visit but you soon get to know your way around.
Would recommend a trip to the Atlas Mountains (arranged by Ilyas) although make sure you wear sturdy shoes if you are going to climb up to the waterfall .
The evening meal provided was lovely and set a high bench mark for the week and the breakfast was great, fresh orange juice, mint tea, coffee, hot chocolate, yogurt, fruit, pancakes and fresh bread a great start to each day.
I will recommend this place, and i will be back one day.
