Restaurant de la Poste - Chez le Chef
Restaurant de la Poste is located right in the heart of Hammamet, within walking distance of the fortified Medina and the beach. It comprises a room on the first floor with picture windows and a panoramic terrace on the second floor with views over the Medina and the sea. It is completely independent from the terrace on the ground floor. The menu offers a choice of typical Tunisian dishes, with meat and fish changing according to what local fishermen catch on the day. A 3 course meal with a drink costs around 15 Tunisian dinars.
Jazz à Carthage
Since 2005, the "Jazz à Carthage" festival has showcased around fifteen acts every April. Tunisian and international artists are involved in concerts taking place in several venues around the city, including the Acropolium (the Saint Louis Cathedral). The Medinat Alzarha Parc provides an evenings entertainment with a sound and light show using the latest technology. There is a restaurant for meals before the show begins and the show is suitable for adults and children. The show times are 9.30pm on Mondays, Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays. The park and restaurant is open from 8pm.
