The district is surrounded by water and lies only a stone's throw from the centre and its sights. Shops, restaurants, cafés and cinemas are only a few paces away. The ferry to Tallinn and Sweden makes a stop in Skatudden. The airport is approximately a 30-minute drive away from the hotel.
The hotel comprises, in 2 buildings, a total of 52 lodgings, of which 37 are apartments, and 15 are studios. The main building, in Art Nouveau style, includes a 24-hour check in, Internet access and a newspaper stand. Furthermore, both buildings offer lift access.
The lodgings are between 25 and 64 m² and all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a kitchenette, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and an iron and ironing board, as well as 1 or 2 bedrooms with double beds. Further fittings include a direct dial telephone, cable TV, a radio, and an Internet connection. All accommodation offers the ideal atmosphere for living and working.

Guests arriving from the north drive in the direction of the city centre and then follow the signs to the ""Kanavaterminaali"" harbour. In the district of Katajanokka follow the tram tracks along the streets of Kanavakatu and Kruunuvuorenkatu. Turn left into Kauppiaankatu Street and the hotel will soon be visible on the left-hand side.
Both buildings are unmanned. Guests receive a check-in code. All prices are excluding breakfast. Guests may order their breakfast daily at the reception. There is a housekeeping service once a week and upon departure. Extra housekeeping services may be ordered at the reception.
