[GordonBrown, 05/25/2009] The Hilton in Hua Hin would have to be the best Hotel we as a family have stayed in in Thailand. We have been travelling to Thailand for the past 12 years and have stayed in the Hilton 6 times once when it was called the Melia. Since the Hilton has taken over the hotel has improved dramatically and is a magnificant looking hotel inside and out. The hotel is well located and has some of the best restaurants close by but the steak restaurant at the hotel is second to none. Thailand has never been renowned for steak but our last 2 trips we have found the Brew house improve leaps and bounds.
