We had high expectations from the website, but from the moment we arrived until leaving, we enjoyed one "WOW" moment after another! The address of Villa Afrikana is called Paradise. Ross & Bianca have certainly lived up to that standard. We think of their beautiful home as "African Chic". Every view, every room has features the spectacular Knysna lagoon. The style of their home is very bright, yet warm. Ross, Bianca and their attentive staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and have a wonderful way of making us their welcomed guests. Around every corner and with each day, we were pleasantly surprised by the wonderfully fresh food and varied choices, beautiful linens, relaxing atmosphere, champagne and strawberries, high-speed internet (for my husband!), heated tile in the bathrooms, chocolates on the pillow at turn-down, birds singing when we woke up in the morning...surely they didn't plan that too!? Our only disappointment was that we didn't plan enough days at Villa Afrikana. We will be back. Thank you Ross & Bianca.
