If she is not around and you need help, and the staff cannot understand you they will call her for help.The staf f is all local, they are very friendly and helpful, be patient with them as they do not speak any english.The rooms are very spacious they all have a loft that accomodates up to 2 more people. Families with 2 children can book a double room and still be able to stay in the same room. El Punto does not charge anything additional to children.
