Perfection!

[buttsy57, 09/17/2012] My wife and two daughters stayed at the Chancery Court Hotel on Saturday 15th Sept. We had a terrribel mix up with the hotel booking agency we used which had cancelled our room without informing us. The Hotel could not have been more helpfull and rescued what could have been a disasterous weekend. It was my daughters birthdays and the hotel left a lovely bottle of champagne in their room with chocolates and a very nice note from the customer manager. The hotel rooms, the building, the location and staff were fantastic and compare with the best in London. We will stay here evey time from now on [more]

[sameh111, 12/29/2011] The hotel is located in a nice peaceful location. it is deserves 5 stars. I loved it and wished to go back to it again. . the staff is friendly and very helpful, welcoming and greeting at the reception upon arrival, and helpful when we had any questions, very good. nice breakfast with lots of choice and the staff again were very vigilant, everything was a lot of trouble if he asked for anything. the room was perfectly fine, and comfortable and very spacious. the bathroom was beautiful. we asked for additional bathroom products and they arrived within a few minutes of our request.
