Excellent

I stayed at this hotel for three nights.
Excellent location being on both a bus route and near the Tube.
Great buffet breakfast every day.
Staff was very pleasant, courteous and helpful.
Room had most of the amenities that we are accustomed in North America.
I would stay here again if I returned to London.

The only drawback was the electrical system as I could not plug in my laptop or charger coming from Canada which uses a different voltage system. The hotel did not have any adapters for me to use and I could not find any in the nearby stores.
