Negative Reviews
  • No Attention to Detail

Rooms seemed to be cut short in the cleaning process as some procedural steps were skipped, leaving dirty waste-paper baskets, beds without sheets or unclean bathrooms.

  • High Rates for Internet

What is now a free standard in many hotel rooms across London is still over-priced at the Pestana Chelsea Bridge However, free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby and bar.

  • Thin Walls

Many guests found the walls of the Pestana Chelsea Bridge too thin, leaking noise from nearby guests or due to the major railway which runs to the side of the hotel.

  • Inflexible Service

One of the key attributes to the hospitality industry is flexibility to Guests’s request While many guests have enjoyed the service offered at the Pestana, others felt staff were inflexible to basic requests or expectations.
