[LoungeLizzard, 12/02/2011] The hotel is old but staff is friendly and service is good. Manila offers a few good hotels, but I like the friendly and constant level of service in this place as this is very constant on a high level. The hotel is old and the design in some parts a bit outdated (rooms e.g. in the design of the 80iers) but in good condition. This is not in every hotel in Manila like this. As I prefer a constant level and my business associates have their office very close and I have a very good rate, I return to this place every time I am in Manila.
