gsiow reviews Malta

[08/14/2008] A quiet, verdant oasis in Attard, away from the heat and bustle of the island.

[08/13/2008] A grand building from the late 16C withmainly 17C and 18C art.

[08/13/2008] A fascinating- if slightly sparse- history of the defence of Malta and the later years of WW2.

[08/13/2008] Ths compact museum tucked away towards the rear of Fort St. Elmo has agood display of artefacts and illustrations of Malta's more recent history.

[08/10/2008] A quite different dining experience- menu includes a long list of Indonesian and Chinese specialities.

[08/10/2008] The Ritz it is not. A large hut on the beach where fishermen and the locals eat very freshly caught, well cooked seafoods. Not always open, ring 21 632049 to check.

[08/10/2008] Good quality, well cooked, simple foods - fish, pasta, pizzas, steaks etc. in a picturesque setting.
