located just off picadilly gardens, so great for shopping. check in was quick and efficiant. Rooms were a bit dated, but clean, and we were given a free upgrade to a suite, which was huge!!! Breakfast was average. But the hotel was good value for money. Think the hotel was used as a stop-over for a lot of airline pilots
