We only accept cancellations via email.GROUPS RESERVATION:If you are more than 4 staying for over one night, you are considered a group, after the first online reservation, you will be asked to make the full payment at least 30 days prior to your arrival (60 days for high season; Easter week, last week of May, July and August). Should your group reservation not be confirmed within the above deadlines, the current reservation will not be confirmed and the deposit paid now may be entirely lost. We highly recommend groups to contact the “La Primula” Menaggio Youth Hostel.OPENING TIME:The Hostel is open from 8 am to 10 am then close until 4.30 pm, then open from 4.30 pm until 11:30 pm. Check in after 4.30 pm. The Hostel terrace and living room (in case of rain), are open all day, but rooms can not be accessed during closing time.PLEASE NOTE:if you are not a Member of Hostelling International there is an extra charge of €3 per person per night. Once you have stayed 6 nights at a HI Hostel you become a HI member, and no extra charges applies for future stays. For families only one member will need the International Youth Hostel Card.
