The Venezia Mestre station, which will take you directly to Venice, is found 200 metres from the B&B, as is the bus station from where you can catch the bus to Venice and Treviso Airports. The bus to Venice, which leaves every 10 minutes, is just 20 metres away. Once in Venice, you can make your way around on the Vaporetto water bus, which will take you to Saint Mark's Square, the Ponte Rialto, and the smaller islands off Venice. In the immediate surrounding area you'll find plenty of places to eat and have a coffee.
