Review Highlights
Positive Reviews
  • Great Buffet Breakfast

For those who tried the breakfast buffet, most thought the spread was good enough to satisfy most tastes. There were cold and hot items such as coffee and fruit juices, as well as pastries and yoghurts. It was a nice amenity to have in the morning.

  • Clean and Bright Rooms

The rooms are said to be meticulously clean by most guests who stayed in the hotel. It was pleasant and bright with nice furnishings and décor. The ambiance was positive and warm. The rooms are quiet and comfortable.

  • Good Location

The hotel is ideally located very close to the Milano Centrale train station which was ideal for tourists and business-oriented visitors. They could walk to the station and get on their way. The tram that took people to the centre of Milan is also within a short walking distance.

Negative Reviews
  • Old Hotel Style

Some guests were not impressed with the classic and old-fashioned look of the hotel. They thought that for a four-star hotel, the décor was too classic to be rated at this level. They would have liked a more modern feel.

  • Bad Smells

Some guests complained they smelled bad smells coming from the hotel in their rooms. Whether it was air freshener spray or foul smells like smoke, some guests were not impressed with the ventilation of the hotel.

  • Poor Wi-Fi Connection

The Wi-Fi was said to be poor considering it dropped many times while guests were trying to use the Internet. They would have preferred to have a much reliable Internet for their purposes.

Viktor & Rolf

Viktor & Rolf
