We had to stay for business in this particular location of Milan. Our first choice was fully booked, but our Italian host recommended this hotel as it was new and the location was ideal relative to his factory and the Milan Metro. The moment we arrived the hospitality of the staff stood out positively; check-in service was professional, courteous and prompt. The hotel itself is truly formidable; it is very modern yet comfortable with all features you'd expect from a Ramada.
The best experience we had was with the manager of the bar "Carlo Arrigoni". As this was our first visit to Italy Carlo's conversational English was excellent and he was extremely helpful with guiding us to the right places and ordering the right beverages, explaining some of the local customs and history. He was a true host and a professional from the highest caliber.
