[08/22/2007] "On arrival the reception was poorly organised" but the reviewer was "pleasantly surprised" over how there holiday went. This hotel has "entertainment and facilities for all ages".
"All tastes" are catered for at the restaurant and "the pudding were fantastic". The waiter made the reviewers "stay a delight" and "worked hard". During the 2 weeks stay the reviewer writes that he (the waiter), remembered "everyones drinks". Both restaurant and the bar inside the hotel are smoke free.
Here they change the sheets "2 or 3 times a week" and the maid shapes "the sheets into different shapes". Every day there are "clean towels" and after making "the rooms clean and tidy" they put "flowers" on you pillow.
Pool and bar staff were "asking for tips all of the time", a downside to this hotel. Skanes bar staff are "the best" and they were "polite and helpful".
Your children will be kept amused by the hard working entertainment staff.
If you want to go "for jet skis" and dont want to "wait in the queues" "go in the morning". Its "very reasonable priced" watersports on the beach.
This could be a 10/10 hotel "if it wasn't for the poor organisation on arrival" and the staff asking for tips, but the reviewer "would definitely go back to this hotel again".
