[cauwacho, 02/03/2013] My only slight problem was a lack of bedside lamps in our twin room as i love to read.
I traveled with a partially sighted lady and i must say the staff were excellent in escorting baggage to the room and fetching extra pillows to make her comfy.
The aircon played up and they were very quick to move us to another room even packing our stuff and unpacking in the new room and sending up a tray of goodies.
I would without doubt stay there again
beds were comfy and staff very friendly polite and helpful
