My wife and I stayed in this hotel for our honeymoon in August 2008 and had a truly wonderful week. The room was spacious and extremely well fitted out. The hotel has an extensive swimming pool 'complex' much of which is landscaped to resemble a river meandering through rocky canyons. The food was outstanding in each of the hotel's restaurants and offered a wide range of dishes to suit all tastes whether it be a hot dog from the pool bar, steak in the international restaurant, omelet for breakfast (freshly cooked in front of you!) or the wonderful nasi goreng from room service. The themed dinner and traditional show evening was well worth attending. A short walk from the hotel is an extensive shopping area with a good mix of outlets selling clothes, groceries, and gifts.
The hotel staff were, without exception, incredibly helpful and friendly.
All in all a hotel I would definitely recommend and we intend to return - our only regret was that we only stayed a week!!
