Kyriad Bercy Village is a two star hotel located next to the Parc de Bercy, near the Gare de Lyon and Austerlitz, fifty meters from the metro station Cour Saint Emilion. (Line 14) The 201 rooms reachable by elevator, some of which are accessible to persons with reduced mobility, are all air conditioned and equipped with wireless internet access, satellite TV and tea or coffee making facilities. Decorated in a modern style, they all have an ensuite bathroom with a hairdryer and a shower with welcoming products. The reception is open 24 hours a day, has a safe and will reserve the four meeting rooms for guests' use on request. The “Diner à Bercy” restaurant is open daily from 6.30 pm to 11pm and offers various menus and formulas changing with the season and the bar will welcome guests from 5 pm to midnight for cocktails and drinks. The hotel accepts most credit cards and there is a public car park nearby. Pets are accepted with an extra cost. The hotel location allows easy access to central Paris and is just a few minutes’ walk to the POBP (Palais Omnisport de Paris Bercy) and Bercy Village with its shops and numerous restaurants.

Zoo de Vincennes

Zoo de Vincennes

Situated near the Bois de Vincennes, the Zoo de Vincennes stretches over 15 hectares in the 12th district of Paris. There are around 1200 animals living the park. 535 mammals of 85 different species (amongst which certain species are rare, such as pandas, Eld's deer and the white rhinoceros), as well as 600 birds of 82 species. The park acquired in 1997, a 65 metre high "big rock", around which have been housed mountain animals such as Barbary sheep, markhors, otters and vultures. There is also a Nocturama for the night Lemurs. Preserving these species is the main emphasis of the park, which has around 150 births a year. The park is currently under going major renovations until 2013 and is actually closed.
