Perfection!

All of the staff whatever their role are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, well laid out and very, very clean, infact the whole complex is outstandingly clean and well organised. We had an All Inclusive week starting 15 / 04 / 13. This was my husband's first holiday abroard, so I really wanted us to have a fantastic time, and I have to say we did! The reception team booked us on trips and advised us of places to visit, none of them were disapointing in anyway. The team did everything they could to ensure our holiday was perfect. [trivago traveler, 04/30/2013] Just back form a week at the fab Gloria Palace Amadores and i couldnt speak highly enough about the whole experience, from the moment you set foot in the lobby to the moment you leave its faultless, every member of staff has a smile on their face and go out of their way to help you in every way possible, hotel is spotless from top to bottom, the food is top notch and theres something for everyone entertainment wise by day and by night, you'd never have to leave, well only to go home but thats the joys of it..:) Fab holiday and would highly recommend it to anyone heading to Puerto Rico. [trivago traveler, 04/15/2013] From the moment you walk into the very impressive reception you have a wonderful time. You are greeted by very helpful reception staff who have a good understanding of English and explain well how to get to your room. The rooms are large. The food is fantastic with lots of choice. The 2 pools clean with a lovely view of the sea and never a fight for a sunbed. The staff are friendly and helpful with a reasonable understanding of English. We came home feeling relaxed, well fed and happy knowing we had had a great holiday. We can't wait to go back next year!
