Navagio

Navagio

Navagio Beach is also known as Smuggler's Cove. This white sandy beach is surrounded by deep turquoise waters and high cliffs which provide a dramatic backdrop and have turned this area into a popular attraction. Access to this beach is only by boat but there is a viewing platform from above. This beach has the wreck of a boat half buried in the sand. This wreck is claimed to be that of a smuggling boat, which is where the cove derives its name.
