The hotel is located at the foot of the Santa Lucia Hill and only a few metres from the Veracruz Church, Bruna Palace and gardens. The aparthotel is surrounded by excellent views as well as numerous restaurants, galleries, and many of the city’s must-see attractions. The Lastarria 43-61 Aparthotel belongs to the National Architectural Heritage, with two buildings restored in 2008 from old homes and converted into apartment style hotels. The accommodation features studios, lofts, one and two bedroom apartments, and duplexes sleeping for up to 5 people. Apartments include double, queen, or single beds which can be converted into double beds on request. Each apartment has a safe, telephone, coffee and tea maker, cable TV (some accommodation include DVD player), heating, air conditioning (some), Wi-Fi, and daily housekeeping.
