All holiday apartments are luxuriously furnished (fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room for jovial gathering, telephone, TV, Internet, modem and fax access....).Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is located on a sunny plateau at an elevation of 1,400 metres above Tyrol\'s Inn River valley. With over 2,000 hours of sunshine per year, it is considered the sunniest place in Tyrol. The region is especially popular for family holidays.Offering several vacation homes for 2 to 4 people, the “Ferienhaus am Matinesweg” is set in a very sunny location at the outskirts of the village of Serfaus. \n\nAll vacation homes are very modern and comfortably furnished. The peaceful yet central location makes our hotel the perfect setting for your summer or winter vacation.
