We rented two rooms, for 3 nights, at the Palazzo Guardati in May of 2010. We could not have been happier with this hotel for our first trip to Sorrento. The rooms were huge (by European Standards and very clean. The King bed was perhaps the most comfortable bed we had on our vacation. The location is excellent. There are numerous restaurants within a short walk of the hotel, as well as shopping and sightseeing. The ferry to Capri and the train to Pompeii are also very close to the hotel. The staff at the hotel is first rate. They helped us with directions and setting up a driver for our trip back to Naples. We will definitely stay there again, when we go back to Sorrento.
