[more]We are located in Marghera, a Venice mainland district, in a noise-free, quiet area, close to Mestre-Venezia train station (only 900m on foot) and not far away from Milano-Venezia motorway's exit (1,5 km). Easy transport connections also to and from Venice (Marco Polo) and Treviso airports.
Within a few minutes walk you will find restaurants and pizza shops, as well as a supermarket, pharmacy, laundromat, banks, etc. Nearby shopping centres (Panorama, Auchan, Le Barche) are reachable by bus.
To reach Venice, the public bus service operates 24 hours, the stop is only 400 meters away (5 minutes on foot) with buses every 10 minutes until 21:30, and every 20 minutes until 0:30, with hourly service guaranteed throughout the night.
From Marghera there are roads (less than a mile away), which within a few minutes allow you to reach the Veneto villas of Riviera del Brenta, the cities of art such as Padua, Trevisto, Vicenza, Verona and all of Veneto.
