Good Location

The hotel is in the heart of Adelaide central business district and its location featured in most positive reviews about the hotel. Guests were happy that they could easily stroll to nearby restaurants, bars and cafes or do a bit of shopping.

Quiet Rooms

The soundproofing at this hotel obviously works well with a number of previous guests commenting via their reviews that the hotel is quiet and that they hotel a good nights sleep as all street noise and noise from the city was blocked out.

Lovely Front Desk Staff

The front desk staff on reception were singled out by a number of travellers in their reviews for being very proficient at their jobs, with many people saying that they were super helpful and only too happy to provide recommendations for things to see and do in Adelaide.

Negative Reviews

Rotational Cleaning

Guests were dissatisfied on finding out that their rooms would not be serviced daily and that housekeeping worked to a schedule which did not include cleaning each room daily. Additional cleaning services are available at an extra charge and for many guests this was unacceptable.

Miscommunication

Guests who had trouble with their bookings, had their reservations lost and did not get the correct room allocation were not happy with the service at the hotel. Multiple examples were provided in reviews about large groups in particular that had a difficult time having their reservations corrected filled.

Faulty Things

Guests who encountered broken appliances, furniture that had seen better days and less than comfortable pillows and thin linens were not happy with their stay. Those who experienced multiple non-functioning items in their apartments were not impressed.
