Irida offers 33 beautifully decorated apartments (21 apartments and 12 studios), each with a kitchenette, bathroom and balcony or terrace. All accommodations are equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. In April 2014, completed a renovation investment involving all the types of rooms. At the same time a studio was renovated in order to accommodate people with disabilities. Also significant renovations were made outdoors.
