Positive Reviews

Historical character.

Guests love the character and period features of this hotel, which offers an authentic historical atmosphere. Each room is unique, so you'll discover the individual quirks and charms of the place, and it's all been furnished sensitively and elegantly, to a high quality standard.

Old town location.

The location couldn't be better if you want to explore Alcudia's culture. Guests enjoy the fact that it's set right within the old town, where there's lots to explore, as well as lovely restaurants. It provides a Mallorca break with style and substance.

Personalised service.

Guests are charmed by the warm, personal welcome they receive at this family-run hotel. It helps to create a homely, relaxed environment, where you can get to know the staff well. From the check-in and tour assistance to the housekeeping, everything seems to be professional and efficient too.

Negative Reviews

Chiming bells.

Some guests found that the chiming of the nearby church bells could be annoying, especially at night or early in the morning. If you don't want the church to be your alarm clock, then you might want to consider packing some earplugs for an undisturbed lie-in.

No fresh juice.

The lack of fresh orange juice is a slight disappointment in an otherwise nice breakfast, according to guests. As it is, you'll be offered a sweetened squash, rather than the fresh stuff. It's a minor thing, but something which would improve the breakfast experience.

Parking problems.

If you're bringing a car, it's worth noting that some guests have found parking a little tricky, or have faced fines for parking in the wrong place, that wasn't clearly marked. It's best to check the parking conditions in advance, and be prepared to park a little way from the hotel.
