Positive Reviews

High-speed Internet Connection Keeps You Updated

The hotel has both free Wi-Fi and wired connection which are available to all rooms Desktop computers could be used on the first floor of the hotel What could captivate you most is perhaps their library which is located on the fourth floor Hotel guests are welcome to enjoy these inside the library itself or take books up to their rooms to read.

Efficient Reception Area Saves You from Long Queues

You can avoid long queues by purchasing tickets in the hotel’s reception area for most of the museums in Amsterdam especially the famous Van Gogh Museum, the Amsterdam Museum, the Jewish Cultural Quarter and the Heineken Experience.

Great Design and Architecture

Having more than forty designers and artists, the hotel impressively combined both historical and contemporary designs on its interior, which reflected on the building’s past and added modern touches as a new layer This is one of the simple luxuries the initiators looked for.

Negative Reviews

Too Much Noise Might Keep Guests Restless

The designers did not seem to consider sound proofing, so the noise from anyone walking along the high-ceilinged corridors is amplified You will usually wake up several times during the night, especially when you are sensitive to noise.

Basic Hotel Might Be Inadequate for Some

Some of their two-star rooms do not have dividers between the sleeping quarters and the shower room You will seem to get less than what you have paid for since the two-star rooms are rather basic and simple.

Overpriced Rooms Might Make You Spend More

The one-star rooms are built with common bathrooms which show its wear-and-tear The room is too small, that you will have less than ample space to place in your luggage It’s an overpriced hotel with minimal privacy.
