Spacious rooms with scenic views.

Guests were pleased to find that they had plenty of space in their rooms to move around as well as to stow away all their belongings. All of the rooms have scenic views of the gardens and many said that waking up to the sights and sounds of the local wild

Lots of places to socialise and unwind.

The hotel has quite a few pleasant communal rooms were many enjoyed spending their free time including a couple of lounges and a bar. Many enjoyed relaxing on the comfortable sofas in the library after a day of sightseeing and socialising with other guest

Negative Reviews

Slightly tired interiors.

Some mentioned that the rooms were starting to look rather tired and would benefit from modernisation. Marks on the walls, cracked tiles and mouldy grouting were just some of the things brought up by disappointed guests.

Wi-Fi issues.

Guests who wanted to access the Internet from their rooms said that the Wi-Fi signal was very weak and intermittent meaning that many had to take their devices closer to the lobby are where the signal was said to be better.

Rooms can feel rather stuffy.

Guests who stayed at the hotel during warmer weather said that their rooms felt uncomfortably warm and struggled to cool down their rooms with the fans provided.
