Positive Reviews

Central location is the tops

Travellers love this hotel's setting right in the heart of town. Being a very short stroll from restaurants, shops, and bars goes down really well, as does the ease with which the Aspen Mountain ski lifts can be reached. Having the bus station (from where the free ski area buses leave) just around the corner is considered a major bonus too.

Fab rooftop views

Reviews suggest this hotel's rooftop is blessed with the kind of views normally reserved for postcards. Indeed, many guests say the vistas of the town and mountains from this vantage point are simply breathtaking.

Negative Reviews

Some major issues with parking

Guests highlight the lack of an on-site car park as a key problem. Travellers appreciate that the hotel provides parking passes which allow them to park relatively close overnight, but after that, drivers need to find their own bay in residential areas. Those unfamiliar with the area can find this to be quite a challenge.

Access can be a challenge

Reviews call out the ease with which visitors burdened with heavy luggage and/or mobility issues can access the hotel. Concerned travellers are disappointed that they have to go down sets of stairs to reach the entrance and the lobby.

Can be noisy

According to reviews, the accommodations can be problematic for light sleepers. Those in units facing the alleyway say the nearby night club can disturb their sleep. Guests also complain that they can hear neighbouring rooms as well. Travellers would like to see this remedied with better soundproofing measures provided at this establishment.
