From the second you walk into the hotel, you feel like you're in a place that was greatly thought of before it was built. The architecture of the Marriott Marquis Hotel is internationally known for being well designed. The interior of this building is so awe-inspiring that it has been seen in blockbuster films such as the Hunger Games movie.

Amazing skyline view

The downtown location of this hotel gives you the most memorable skyline view you could ask for. Atlanta's skyscrapers can be seen from most rooms in this hotel. If you're not completely satisfied with your own view, you could always take a trip in the elevators to the top floor for a spectacular viewing experience.

Fantastic location

This hotel forms part of downtown Atlanta and is within walking distance to many tourist attractions such as the World of Coca-Cola and the internationally known Georgia Aquarium. There is also an indoor direct link with the cities main public transport system that will take you practically anywhere within the perimeter.

Negative Reviews

No free Wi-Fi

For a hotel of this caliber, Wi-Fi should be provided free of charge to all guests. However, the fee to gain access to the Wi-Fi is expensive and seems unnecessary.

Valet parking can be slow

Guests have had several complaints about the hotels valet service taking too long and have suggested that more staff should be employed to this department of the hotel. Often guests have waited up to 25 minutes for their car to arrive. This could become a bigger problem if guests are in a hurry.

Check-in can take time

It can be said that the number of staff members working at reception should be increased due to the lengthy average waiting time each guest has to wait until being served. This also becomes a problem that could have been avoided easily.
