Unfortunately, there have been many complaints of thin walls dividing the rooms. This means that the internal noise can become too much for some as neighbors and guests above and below can be heard from each room. However, there is not much noise that can be heard coming from the outside.

Cleanliness not up to standards

The level at which the housekeeping staff do their jobs does not compare to the high level at which everything else in this hotel is upheld at. Guests have complained that the rooms were left dirty on occasions or not cleaned properly. The public areas could also do with some improvement in this department.
