You will be taken care of by the professional team of staff that have been highly trained to assure you have the best stay possible. They are quick with their job and do them to the best of their ability.

Pretty' decor

Many guests have commented on how pretty and well decorated the hotel is. The interior design is inspired by a contemporary take on modern life, using a variety of colors and textures to show this. You will feel relaxed and comfortable in these well designed spaces.

Wide choice of amenities

This hotel not only offers some of the best interior designs, but also many amenities you wouldn't expect to find. Paid Wi-Fi

For a hotel of this caliber, guests found it slightly disappointing that no free Wi-Fi was offered in the private rooms. You can however access complimentary Wi-Fi in the business center and some public areas within the hotel, but using the Wi-Fi in-room service will cost you extra money.

Valet service not on point

Guests have complained that the valet service provided at W Austin Hotel is not on par with the rest of the hotel. There were reports that it took too long to find the cars and service was generally slow.

Size of rooms

The rooms on offer at this hotel can seem a little tiny if you're sharing with someone. It is important to not feel cramped up in your own private room. Therefore, this hotel should have made more effort in giving each room as much floor space as possible during the design stage.
