Negative Reviews

Run down premises in need of refurbishment

Some guests reported that the accommodations are run down and in need of updating. The rooms have been described as shabby and dated with some of the furnishings showing signs of wear and tear, including old and uncomfortable couches, chipped sinks and worn carpets.

Noisy due to poor sound insulation

Some guests found the apartments to be a little noisy, particular those residing in the lower floor apartments. Guests reported that the sound insulation is poor and the floor boards creek loudly so that the footsteps of neighbors above are loudly heard.

Housekeeping needs attention

Cleaning could be improved particularly in the bathrooms, as some guests complained of the grout in the bathroom being unclean and mold growing on the walls and ceiling.
