The staff is helpful and assist the guests in every possible way. The attentive staff ensures that all the issues are sorted out promptly, so that the guests can have a comfortable stay. Everyone from front-desk to housekeeping staff is polite, warm and friendly.

Problems with Air Conditioning

Guests reported that the A.C did not function properly in the lobby and sometimes in the rooms. There were issues like malfunctioning and poorly maintained temperature, which disappointed the guests.

Issues with Internet Connectivity

The Wi-Fi is weak and intermittent which results in poor connectivity. Guests faced problems while accessing the Internet and used their own Wi-Fi to stay connected.

A Few Minor Issues

Some other issues like lack of views, mould in the bathroom, lack of variety in breakfast etc. were reported by the guests. However, these are just minor issues and did not affect the overall pleasant stay.
