Pleasant Personnel

East Coast Charm

According to reviews, this is a very charming hotel, with lovely décor and inviting rooms. Guests especially loved the front porch area – it’s the perfect place to unwind in the evening after a long day. Depending on the season, you will find complimentary refreshments like lemonade or hot cider waiting for you in the lobby upon your arrival.

Negative Reviews

Hot Drinks

Many guests didn’t like the lack of coffee and tea making facilities in the rooms, and the lack of a microwave. After repeated complaints, the management recently added complimentary all day coffee and tea in the lobby.

Time for an Upgrade

The hotel is an older building and it shows. Guests say it feels very dated, and it’s evident that the property and in-room amenities could use minor maintenance. In addition, guests also often noticed a stale smell in their rooms.

Traffic Noise

If you’re a sensitive sleeper, make sure to bring your earplugs. Guests report that noise can be an issue in many rooms, due to nearby street traffic.
